This policy describes how ELYZEA CONSEIL processes personal data collected on elyzea-conseil.fr, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data we collect

The personal data you voluntarily submit through the contact form is the following:

  • Full name (required)
  • Position (optional)
  • Company (optional)
  • Email address (required)
  • Content of your message (required)

In addition, our hosting provider automatically collects technical connection data (IP address, server logs) necessary for the operation and security of the website.

Finally, only if you consent, browsing data (pages viewed, visit duration, referral source, device and browser type, approximate location, cookie identifier) is collected through Google Analytics for audience measurement purposes.

Purpose and legal basis

Contact form data is processed for the sole purpose of responding to your request and following up on the resulting exchanges. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and on ELYZEA CONSEIL's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to it (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).

Audience measurement data is used to produce traffic statistics and improve the website's content. This processing is based on your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR and article 82 of the French Data Protection Act), which you may withdraw at any time.

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended exclusively for ELYZEA CONSEIL. It is never sold, transferred or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. The following technical service providers act as processors:

  • Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting. Data transfers to the United States are governed by Vercel's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • Hostinger (European Union): delivery of emails sent through the contact form.
  • Google Ireland Limited (European Union) and its parent company Google LLC (United States): audience measurement through Google Analytics, only if you have consented. Any transfers to the United States are governed by Google's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Data retention

Messages received through the contact form and the accompanying data are kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, after which they are deleted.

Audience measurement data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics, after which it is automatically deleted.

Cookies

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline audience measurement cookies. No cookie requiring consent is set until you click "Accept". Your choice is remembered for 6 months, and you can change it at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. If you decline or withdraw your consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted.

The cookies used on this website are the following:

  • elyzea_consent: remembers your cookie choice. Duration: 6 months. Strictly necessary, exempt from consent.
  • elyzea_lang: remembers your chosen language. Duration: 1 year. Strictly necessary, exempt from consent.
  • _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics): distinguish visitors to produce traffic statistics. Duration: 13 months. Only set with your consent.

Google Analytics advertising features (Google signals, ad personalization) are disabled on this website.

Your rights

In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at hello@elyzea-conseil.fr stating the subject of your request.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at www.cnil.fr.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated, in particular if the website or applicable regulations change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
