The only personal data collected on this website is the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form:

In addition, our hosting provider automatically collects technical connection data (IP address, server logs) necessary for the operation and security of the website.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact form data is processed for the sole purpose of responding to your request and following up on the resulting exchanges. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and on ELYZEA CONSEIL's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to it (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended exclusively for ELYZEA CONSEIL. It is never sold, transferred or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Two technical service providers act as processors:
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting. Data transfers to the United States are governed by Vercel's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Hostinger (European Union) — delivery of emails sent through the contact form.
Data retention
Messages received through the contact form and the accompanying data are kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, after which they are deleted.
Cookies
This website does not use any cookies or trackers. No analytics, advertising or tracking tools are implemented, which is why no consent banner is displayed.
Your rights
In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at hello@elyzea-conseil.fr stating the subject of your request.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr.
